Many people ask why we do not do hotel pick ups. There are a few reasons.

The main reason is that having only 3 stops saves time. Imagine that there are 30 people on the bus. On average, that would be about 10 different hotels. In order to leave Toronto by 9:00, we would have to start picking up at 8:00, or even 7:30 if there are people in Markham or Scarborough. If you were the first picked up, you would be on the bus 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours before getting to Niagara Falls. The same coming back, before being dropped off at your hotel. You could possibly be on the tour from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm. That’s a long day, with half of it traveling. On other tours, there have been people actually getting in fist fights over who gets to be dropped off next! Another consideration is that when the bus arrives at the hotel to pick up the guest, many times they are not ready. The bus then has to wait, with you already on the bus, for the guest. Of course, this adds to your travel time.

The other important reason is that it saves gas. It takes gallons of extra gas to drive around for an hour or more extra each way. Since our fuel costs are lower, we can charge less.

By driving around less, there are also fewer emissions. We would like to help keep the air around Toronto and Niagara Falls cleaner.
