Let the fireworks begin!

Today is the start of the Fireworks over Niagara Falls and the summer concert series.For Victoria Day weekend, the fireworks will be every night at 10 pm.  Don't worry if you miss the fireworks this weekend, there will be displays every Friday, Sunday and Holiday all summer long. 
Today is also the start of the Coca Cola summer concert series.  Tonight will be Summerfeild.  Sun., May 23 will be borderline, and, Mon., May 24 will be Lowdown.  The concerts are held on the Illumination Tower Stage at 8:00 am.
For the rest of May and June, the concerts will be every Friday and Sunday.  In July and August, they will be every Saturday and Sunday.

As always, there is the nightly Illumination of Niagara Falls.  They are just as stunning at night as they are during the day.

Our New Pick up location

Toronto to Niagara Tours has a new pick up location



In order to make it easier for people who want to be picked up closer to the lakefront in Toronto, we have started a new pick up location.

We now also leave from the bus stop that is at the office building at 33 Yonge St.  This spot is easy to find... 33 Yonge St. is claerly labeled on the office building serval times.  This spot is also almost across the street from the Hockey Hall of Fame.

We leave here at 7:30 am and return between 4:30 and ...

I'm back!!

Hello, and welcome back. I took a break for the holidays and have been having a hard time getting back into the swing of things. This week, I will do a quick recap of what has happened in the past month.

The weather in Niagara Falls has been pretty mild for December and January, but still, there have been very few people visiting the Falls. I guess that it’s this economy.

Hey, Who turned off the water?

On the morning of March 29, 1848 an eerie silence hung overhead.  The normal constant rumble of Niagara Falls was missing.  Many locals rushed to the brink of Niagara Falls to discover that there was no water.  Many people though that it was a sign from God.  The curches were full. 
What happened to the water?  Well, an ice jam at at the mouth of the river, from Lake Erie had made a dam overnight.  When the temperatures rose, the ice started melting and let the water flow again....
