On July 27, 2009, the Niagara Parks commisssion awarded Chariots of Fire a certificate on behalf of the "Spare the Air" program.
The award was for our policy of not allowing our vehicles to idle, causing carbon emmissions. Not only do we not allow our vehicles to Idle at the different stops along our tour, we also reduce our emmissions by not idling in front of multiple hotels while waiting for late passengers.
